  Went in today to meet the worst service ever. The lady who took my order was very professional, but the people who work in the kitchen area were the worst. When the cooks finally came back from break, which I understand the need for, they ignored me and my party and began talking to other customers. Then when the lady who took my order said something to them about our food, they looked at us and then went back to chatting with the other customers. When a couple of African American women came in behind us that is when the cooks went to work. The two ladies got their food first and then after realizing we had not received our food they messed up our orders. The meat was burnt and salty. There were two more terrible visits before this one, so three strikes and your out Phillies, you have lost my business.
